You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Server Listings
By submitting a server to mineserverlist you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of that server. Server listings must be accurate and not intentionally misleading. We reserve the right to remove or reject any listing at our discretion. Listings that contain offensive content, malware links, or violate any law are strictly prohibited.
5. Voting
Voting on servers must be done by real users for genuine purposes. Automated votes, vote farming, or artificially inflating vote counts using bots or scripts is forbidden and may result in server removal and account suspension. One vote per player per server per vote cooldown period is allowed.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape or harvest data in bulk without written permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; (d) transmit any harmful, abusive, or objectionable content; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on mineserverlist — including design, code, and original text — is the property of mineserverlist and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Server owners retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
mineserverlist is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or availability of third-party servers listed on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mineserverlist and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
